Parents,
I want to give you a heads up on the payment schedule for the Atlanta trip. The trip will cost $120 per student. The first $50 is due February 20th. The second payment is due March 5th. Following our fundraisers in March we will let you know what part of the final $20 balance will be due on March 23rd.
If you wish to chaperone you will also need to pay for your room (single or double). Amy Landers will have those figures for you soon. I just don't have them in front of me at this time. You may also reserve a room at the band rate if you want to go to Atlanta but you don't wish to chaperone. Amy will give you the phone number and info on that as well.
